Me and this picture is love from the first sight.
I adore the technique used here, it is really detailed and good looking. The best part is the head, it stands out with the level of deatiling and, well, its' cuteness.
As for the flaws, I think you have kind of forgotten about the lower body. There is some contrast between how nice and anathomical appropriate head is and the rest of the body. For the future, I suggest studing real animals' anathomy.
Buuuut apart from that, it is a lovely piece of artwork and I am loving every bit of it. It stands out from other devations and leaves the viewer with a very positive impression.
I have taken away a star and a half for originality, since foxes are quite common. However the technique gets full 5 stars, it is outstanding.
